Horse Farm Morning Shift Leader

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Horse Farm Morning Shift Leader to oversee daily operations at our equine facility.This leadership role requires a background in animal husbandry and horse handling of 15-30 horses.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing morning routines, ensuring the health and safety of the horses, cleaning stalls, turn-in amd turn-out with blanket changes.This position offers an opportunity to work in a positive and safe equestrian boarding and lesson facility.Duties Supervise and coordinate morning feeding, turnout out and stall maintenance.Manage animal husbandry tasks including feeding schedules, health monitoring, and handling of horses with proper animal care techniques Maintain accurate records of animal health, equipment maintenance, and daily activities Skills Supervising experience in agricultural or farm settings Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery repair and maintenance Strong animal handling skills with an understanding of equine behavior Basic math skills for inventory management and measurement tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate equipment on the property.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
