Bachelors Degree and/or leadership experience, in a healthcare setting preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of computer programs, especially Microsoft Office Suite products and EMR systems Meet the regulations and requirements of the state in which the program provides services. Responsibilities Ensure hospice follows all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, including; Compliance, maintenance and submission of all required reports and records to Federal, State, accreditation, and Local regulatory departments
