Hospice Home Health Aide

What You'll Do Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN case manager Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families Follow the hospice plan of care as directed by the clinical team Requirements Michigan HHA or CNA certification (required) Minimum 1 year of home care or hospice experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Reliable transportation and valid Michigan driver's license Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time Pay: $42.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Referral program Medical Specialty Home Health Work Location: On the road
