Hillcrest Health & Living – Bellevue, NE Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm Occasional evenings/weekends for events On-call rotation: once every 6 weeks Compensation: Starting at $60,000 annually, goes up based on education and experience Grow Relationships. Develop and execute a territory-based referral development plan Conduct consistent external marketing visits within assigned service area Document all marketing activities in CRM within 24 hours Prepare and deliver professional presentations representing Hillcrest services Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and community partners Gather referral data and assist families through the admission process Provide after-hours and weekend referral coverage as scheduled Maintain strong knowledge of financial qualifications and admission criteria to guide families appropriately Identify opportunities to grow market share and strengthen referral pipelines What We’re Looking For STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful Hospice experience required Minimum two years of healthcare sales or marketing experience Strong relationship-building and communication skills Formal education in communications, marketing, or public relations preferred Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven About Hillcrest As a locally rooted organization, we combine the warmth of a tight-knit team with the strength and resources of a large healthcare system.
