Job Details Weekly Estimated Pay: $470 - $510 Employment Type: Part Time (24 hours/week) Shifts: 3 shifts per week, flexible scheduling required (kitchen operates 7 days a week, 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM) Rotating Weekends: Mandatory Location: On-site in Trenton, NJ (08638) - Trenton healthcare jobs / hospital dietary jobs Contract Duration: 13 weeks Qualifications & Job Requirements Prior food service experience strongly preferred-hospital food service, dietary, or cafeteria experience is a plus Excellent customer service, communication skills, and patient-centered approach Open availability and flexibility to cover all days of the week; ability to work rotating weekends High school diploma or equivalent required Flu vaccine is mandatory (no exceptions) Uniform: All black scrubs required (no jeans, sweats, or hoodies) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (floor to waist) and up to 35 lbs (waist level and above) Follows food safety standards and HACCP guidelines-attention to detail for temperature logs and labeling Key Responsibilities Prepare setup lists for the assembly line using menus and production sheets for patient tray service Submit stock sheets to the storeroom for fulfillment and delivery; support inventory and stock rotation Gather correct food items and quantities for patient tray line, Meals on Wheels, and other tray services Include specia
