Responsibilities Assist residents or patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support meal preparation and serve nutritious meals while adhering to dietary restrictions and care plans Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of common areas and resident rooms Foster a positive and cheerful atmosphere by engaging residents in social activities and conversations. Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times Participate in patient observation and documentation to support ongoing care needs and safety measures Qualifications Prior experience in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes is highly desirable Knowledge of first aid, CPR certification, and basic patient monitoring techniques Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for resident transfers or mobility assistance Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and residents' families Compassionate attitude dedicated to providing respectful, person-centered care in a long-term or home health setting This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their caregiving expertise while making a positive impact on the lives of others.We welcome applicants committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.Pay:$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
