Introduction The Staffing Agency is a hospitality-focused recruiting firm encompassing both The Chef Agency and The Hotel Agency , partnering with restaurants, hotels, and hospitality groups nationwide to help them build exceptional teams. Our work is rooted in strong relationships, thoughtful communication, and consistent execution across all sectors of hospitality. We’re seeking a Hospitality Recruiter whose primary responsibility will be sourcing and screening candidates for our active searches across both hotel and restaurant verticals. This is a production-focused role centered on pipeline development, structured candidate evaluation, and consistent weekly output. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well within clear KPIs, and is comfortable operating during full USA EST business hours. Responsibilities Source qualified hospitality candidates across multiple U.S. markets Conduct structured phone candidate screens Evaluate tenure, title progression, compensation alignment, relocation needs, and overall fit Maintain a weekly KPI of 30 completed candidate screens per week Write clear, concise candidate summaries for internal review Track activity and candidate progress accurately in the ATS Partner closely with U.S.-based account managers to align on search priorities Requirements Prior hospitality focused recruiting experience required (agency experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, database mining, and Boolean searches Strong verbal English communication skills with a neutral, professional tone Highly organized with strong time management skills Able to meet consistent production KPIs in a performance-driven environment Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup Self-motivated, accountable, and detail-oriented Willing and able to work full USA EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) - Remote Package & Remuneration $1,000 USD per Month + Discretionary bonus
