Job Description
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional client service at a prestigious law firm client site in Boise. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the client and on-site team, ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple operational areas. In this leadership position, you will supervise, train, and develop a team while driving efficiency, productivity, and service excellence. We are also looking to elevate the hospitality services experience at this site, including enhanced pantry restocking, conference room support (set-up and breakdown), and logistics related to supply ordering for the law firm. Candidates with prior hospitality experience, especially in environments requiring a high level of service and any supervisory background, will be an ideal fit. You will also provide hands-on administrative and operational support across services such as mail, copy/print, reception, hospitality, and facilities. This is a cross-functional role, and all core job functions remain a key part of the position. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and on-site staff Supervise, coach, and delegate tasks to team members to ensure productivity and exceptional service delivery Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance service offerings Communicate effectively with clients regarding services, turnaround times, and expectations Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop on-site personnel Manage staff scheduling to ensure full coverage while minimizing overtime Track productivity metrics and assist with preparing monthly reports for leadership and clients Provide equipment and technical support, including A/V assistance, inventory management, and coordination with IT Service Oversight Includes: Mail Services: Metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages in accordance with established schedules Floor Coordination: Maintaining copy rooms, stocking supplies, delivering paper, and performing basic daily upkeep Copy/Print Services: Accurately producing print, copy, and scan jobs based on written instructions Reception: Answering and routing calls, greeting and announcing visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Hospitality Services: Elevating the overall hospitality experience by coordinating conference rooms, including set-up and breakdown, maintaining kitchens and pantry areas through consistent restocking, managing inventory, supporting supply ordering logistics, and ensuring all spaces are clean, organized, and client-ready Facilities Services: Supporting office moves, hanging items, coordinating cleaning services, and communicating facility-related needs with client contacts Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred Previous supervisory experience in a client service, hospitality, or operations-focused environment (mail/copy/print experience preferred) Hospitality experience, particularly in high-service or client-facing environments, strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead a team effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs. regularly Ability to transport materials using a wheeled cart (up to 75 lbs.) Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods as needed The Compensation range for this role is up to 24.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
