Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining or event experience Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations Serve food and beverages efficiently at tables or during catered events, maintaining professionalism and courtesy Support banquet and catering setups, including table arrangements, serving stations, and cleanup Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in all work areas Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow during busy periods or special events Handle dietary requests or restrictions with care and accuracy to meet guest needs Experience Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience in serving, catering, or banquet settings is advantageous Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is desirable Barista experience or background in the food industry can be beneficial but is not required Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food handling procedures enhances your suitability for the role Prior hospitality or restaurant experience will help you excel in delivering exceptional guest experiences This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career within the hospitality industry.
