Hospitality Team Member

We are looking for hard-working, motivated, and personable job-seekers to join our team, a local hotel and event space in the Mat-Su Valley. The Hospitality Team Member is responsible for maintaining hospitality quality and service to the highest standard, including, but not limited to the following: Housekeeping in all site facilities. Checking in guests. Ensuring and maintaining room cleanliness for all guests. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitary conditions in all bathrooms and facilities. Attending to various guest requests, ensuring guest satisfaction to the highest level. Assisting with set-up and breakdown of various special events, maintaining a working knowledge of each event. Checking supplies and equipment related to hospitality or guest services. Applicants with lifeguard or CPR experience and ServSafe/TAMS/TAPS card holders are preferred, but not required.
