Duties Greet guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in Manage guest waitlists using POS Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service Answer guest inquiries politely via phone or in person, providing information about menu items or wait times with professionalism Support the front-of-house team by coordinating guest flow to optimize seating and reduce wait times Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables and ensuring all guest areas meet hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest services and uphold the restaurant’s hospitality standards Qualifications Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members Knowledge of restaurant operations, including guest relations and serving practices, is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle guest inquiries effectively Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous hotel or guest services experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory Join us if you’re passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
