Seats guests and manages the flow of reservations to maximize the guest experience. Answers phone calls and answer guest inquiries. Takes, tracks, and organizes reservations, group seating requests, and any other special request as needed. Completes to-go orders. Payment collection along with issuing change and receipts. Approaches guests and collects information needed to assist with seat and bar arrangements. Is This The Job For Me Must be able to communicate effectively with the public and other team members in verbal and written form. Ability to work independently. Must be able to frequently lift and move items over 25 pounds. Be 16 years of age or older. Availability includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift). Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping (e.g., to greet guests, manage menus, or assist servers). Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. (e.g., menus, small supplies, or seating materials). Manual dexterity for operating POS systems, phones, and reservation tablets. Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle varying temperatures and work in both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Maintain a professional appearance and posture throughout the shift.
