Host / Guest Experience Host | Bremen House Job Overview Bremen House is a brand-new German-inspired sports bar and restaurant opening soon in Downtown Los Angeles, and we are currently building our opening team. We are seeking friendly, professional, and hospitality-driven Hosts to help create a welcoming and memorable first impression for every guest. As a Host at Bremen House, you will be the face of the restaurant and play a key role in managing guest flow, seating coordination, reservations, and overall guest experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in energetic environments, and takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality. Our concept combines German beer culture, elevated sports dining, and a lively social atmosphere, making hospitality and guest engagement an essential part of the experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Manage seating arrangements and waitlists efficiently during busy service hours Coordinate reservations and guest flow to ensure smooth restaurant operations Answer guest questions regarding menu offerings, restaurant policies, and wait times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance areas Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, management, and kitchen staff to support overall operations Assist with guest accommodations and special requests whenever possible Monitor dining room flow and help create a positive, high-energy atmosphere Support opening and closing duties as assigned Qualifications Previous host, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and remain organized in fast-paced environments Experience with reservation systems such as OpenTable or similar platforms is a plus Strong teamwork mentality and positive attitude Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts Passion for hospitality and guest experience Why Join Bremen House?
