We are a high-volume, award-winning bar and known for our energy, culture, hospitality, and the most talked about burgers in Utah. We are specifically looking for individuals with full-time open availability who are self-motivated, sharp, dependable, and genuinely enjoy taking care of people. Experience is great, but attitude, work ethic, intelligence, and reliability matter even more. We are willing to train the right person. WHAT THIS POSITION REALLY IS Hosting is not "just standing at a door." Our hosts are The first impression of the brand The control center for guest flow and communication Problem solvers during high-volume shifts Leaders in hospitality and professionalism A great host can completely change the energy of a guest's experience before they ever sit down. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet every guest warmly and professionally Manage wait lists and reservations with urgency and accuracy Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and staff Maintain calm composure during busy, high-pressure shifts Help control the pace and flow of the restaurant Answer guest questions and accommodate special requests when possible Work closely with servers, bartenders, managers, and kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area Help create a positive and energetic atmosphere for both guests and team members WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for people who are: Dependable and punctual Self-motivated and proactive Intelligent and quick-thinking Kind, respectful, and hospitality-driven Professional under pressure Strong communicators Organized and detail-oriented Team-oriented with a positive attitude Comfortable in a very fast-paced environment Open availability, especially nights, weekends, and holidays, is highly valued. EXPERIENCE No experience required - we will train the right person. That said, this is not an easy job. We are a high-volume bar, and we are looking for people who take pride in working hard, learning quickly, and being part of a strong team culture.
