This is a seasonal position, our season will start late May and continue through early September * Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in the restaurant and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring efficient seating arrangements. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Manage the reservation system and ensure accurate seating arrangements. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to coordinate guest needs. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Provide information about menu items and daily specials to guests. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Support the restaurant team during busy periods by helping with various tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a . Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
