Accurately manage the seating chart and assign tables to guests based on their party size and wait times. Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions. Answer phone calls, complete to-go orders, and assist with any inquiries or requests. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including waiting areas and host stand. Collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Manage guest waitlist efficiently during busy periods, ensuring a positive experience.
