Duties Greet guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude, providing a welcoming first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using Resy Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth flow of guest seating and service Assist guests with seating preferences, special needs, or requests to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction Requirements Prior experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is a plus Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous Knowledge of guest services, serving procedures, and hospitality standards Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Join us if you’re passionate about creating memorable guest experiences!
