Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and a strong background in customer service. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that all dining experiences are enjoyable and memorable. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize guest flow. Provide menus and explain daily specials, ensuring guests are informed about their options. Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including resetting tables for incoming guests. Assist with any additional tasks as needed to enhance the overall guest experience. Experience Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with food service operations and POS systems is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations or inquiries over the phone.
