You’ll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, manage the flow of service, and support the team in delivering exceptional hospitality across our three distinct outlets: Sweeney’s on Boylston. A lively neighborhood favorite serving authentic Irish classics and Lenox staples. Always spirited, always welcoming. The Irving at The Lenox. An intimate lobby cocktail bar with turn‑of‑the‑century charm, known for beautifully crafted cocktails and a sense of intrigue. Willow & Ivy. Led by Executive Chef Daniel Kenney, Willow & Ivy offers a fresh, refined take on New England–inspired American cuisine in a reimagined, inviting space. Key Responsibilities Create a warm, memorable first impression for every guest Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure timely, seamless service Answer phone inquiries and reservations Maintain exceptional service standards and a polished, professional demeanor Assist the service team by clearing and resetting tables as needed Keep host stations and equipment clean, organized, and guest‑ready Anticipate and exceed guest expectations with confidence and care Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills in English; multilingual candidates are a plus At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a food & beverage department Familiarity with Toast or similar POS systems is helpful Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Friday & Saturday availability is required Benefits Salary range of $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience.
