Duties Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and positive energy upon arrival Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems ensuring accurate seating arrangements Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times Answer guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing information about wait times or menu options Maintain a clean, organized host stand and waiting area to enhance guest comfort and experience Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction from start to finish Support team members during busy periods by providing excellent guest services and facilitating smooth operations Experience Previous host or hostess experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems Knowledge of guest services, serving, and hospitality best practices to deliver exceptional guest relations Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Experience with phone etiquette and guest interactions that demonstrate professionalism and attentiveness Join us in creating memorable moments for every guest!
