There are (2) primary roles for a host at Tomato Bar - (1) to manage incoming and outgoing guests; and (2) to manage all takeout orders. During slower shifts, one host/hostess could be responsible for both of those roles. During busier shifts, these responsibilities are typically spread over multiple team members. A Host/Hostess presents a positive first impression of the Tomato Bar's overall friendliness and service standards.
