Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Host/Busser to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure smooth dining experiences. This position will also give you the potential to grow and move into other positions within our restaurant. Wage and Hours $17.17 hourly pay Tips given weekly Shifts are anywhere between 4 - 8 hours Potential to pick up more shifts as needed Qualifications Food Handler's Permit Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area Handle guest inquiries and provide information about menu items Operate Toast POS system for order entry and payment processing Maintain cleanliness of the host station and dining area Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure guest satisfaction Answering phone calls for guest inquiries or for taking to-go orders Preferred Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not necessary Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members Knowledge of guest relations and customer service principles Familiarity with restaurant industry standards Proficient in phone etiquette for communicating with guests Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.17 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Physical Setting: Bar Fast casual restaurant Shift: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Ability to Commute: Tulalip, WA 98271 (Required) Work Location: In person
