Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize hot tubs using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to remove dirt, debris, and algae buildup Inspect hot tubs for any signs of damage or malfunction, reporting issues promptly to maintenance teams Drain, refill, and balance water chemistry to ensure safe and comfortable soaking conditions for users Maintain cleanliness of surrounding areas including decks, filters, and equipment to uphold high standards of hygiene Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent slips, falls, or chemical exposure Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules, water testing results, and maintenance reports Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies such as cleaning chemicals and replacement filters Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and organization Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining energy and enthusiasm Basic knowledge of water chemistry or willingness to learn proper balancing techniques Excellent communication skills to report issues clearly and follow instructions precisely Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to stand, bend, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Join us in delivering exceptional relaxation experiences!
