Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, where you'll be the welcoming face and the first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable stays and foster guest loyalty. Whether handling reservations, answering inquiries, or coordinating with other hotel departments, your proactive approach will drive guest satisfaction and uphold our reputation for excellence in hospitality management. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with exemplary phone etiquette and customer service skills Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests to enhance their stay experience Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incidents to support guest relations and hotel operations Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of resort operations and guest relations best practices Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with guests over the phone and in person Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking under pressure Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
