Job Description

You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly Responsibilities: Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests Mitigate customer complaints as needed Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Qualifications: 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations About Company Began as a small company with a single hotel and one man’s vision to create a luxury experience accessible to everyone.
