Front Desk Agent About the Role We’re seeking a friendly, reliable, and service‑driven Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their entire stay. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, you’ll thrive in this role. Responsibilities Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression. Complete check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and guest services. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment. Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations using hotel management software and multi‑line phone systems. Support night audit functions as needed to ensure accurate financial reporting. Address guest concerns promptly with empathy and effective problem‑solving. Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and clear communication at all times. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred. Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with night audit procedures is helpful (training provided). Comfortable using multi‑line phone systems and basic computer software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
