Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries about reservations, amenities, and local attractions Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with a friendly attitude to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Provide comprehensive guest services including concierge assistance, room assignments, and special requests Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards to foster guest relations and team collaboration Ability to Multi-task: Breakfast, Laundry, and Bar Service also required for this position Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous manner Experience with night audit procedures and hotel operations is a plus Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Previous hotel experience in resort or hospitality settings is advantageous Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Paid time off Referral program Work Location: In person
