Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism, providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Maintain accurate reservation records and process guest check-ins and check-outs swiftly Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy Support guest relations by resolving issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their stay Uphold phone etiquette standards and hotel management protocols to deliver exceptional guest services at all times Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and hospitality best practices Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high-volume calls professionally Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
