Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest information, and coordinate room assignments to optimize occupancy. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and vendors across multiple communication channels. Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests or needs promptly, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; strong customer service skills are essential. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
