Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel management. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and training as needed Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally Conduct night audit duties to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations Meet metrics set by brand and company Extranet Proficient Willing to clean/inspect rooms if needed Sales/Group knowledge Cash/Credit handling Qualifications: Previous experience in front desk or hotel management roles Proficiency in hotel management software systems Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills Bilingual proficiency is a plus Proficiency in Word/PDF Join our team as a Front Desk Manager and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.
