Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Part-Time Hotel Front Desk Associate! In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your energetic and positive attitude will help create memorable experiences for our guests, making them feel valued and cared for throughout their stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a lively, guest-focused environment. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining smooth front desk operations, managing guest inquiries, and supporting overall hotel excellence. Shifts we are wanting to fill are for Fridays and Saturdays, from 3pm to 11pm. Duties Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, providing a friendly and efficient check-in experience Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with enthusiasm and promptness to ensure satisfaction Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and courteously Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software Maintain accurate guest records and perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities overview, and personalized service touches Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved swiftly Must be able to work weekends. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and resort operations is advantageous Knowledge of hotel procedures such as night audit processes, guest services, and hospitality standards Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions Ability to handle busy periods with energy, professionalism, and a proactive approach This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
