Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. This energetic leader will drive excellence in guest services, ensure operational efficiency, and foster a welcoming environment that promotes guest satisfaction and staff engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and have a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services Lead and supervise staff across departments, ensuring high performance through coaching, training, and motivating team members Develop and implement strategies for revenue management to maximize profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction Ensure exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to meet financial goals Coordinate human resources activities such as hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff development Maintain compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards including night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems management Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest services, revenue management, and hotel operations Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and human resources functions within a resort or hotel setting Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Familiarity with front desk operations, phone etiquette, night audit processes, and multi-line phone systems Join us as our Hotel General Manager to lead with energy and passion!
