Summary We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team . In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Lead and mentor staff to provide outstanding guest services and maintain high morale. Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and financial reporting. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy rates and enhance guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations across the hotel. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences. Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management in a hotel setting. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
