Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and strategic vision. Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, human resources, and guest services to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement strategies for revenue management, maximizing occupancy rates and profitability through effective pricing and promotional initiatives. Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maintain fiscal health while delivering high-quality guest experiences. Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring service excellence, and fostering positive relationships with visitors from around the world. Supervise staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and professional team committed to hospitality excellence. Maintain compliance with safety standards, hotel policies, licensing requirements, and legal regulations across all departments. Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently. Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reconciliation at the end of each day. Implement human resources best practices by managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Coordinate with resort management teams to ensure consistent service quality across all guest touchpoints. Experience Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, ideally in hotel or resort management roles. Extensive knowledge of hotel management operations including front desk functions, guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage services, and night audit procedures. Strong background in revenue management strategies aimed at optimizing occupancy and profitability. Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures within a hospitality setting. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and diplomatically. Leadership qualities that inspire teams; previous experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment is essential. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to effectively communicate with international guests and staff members. Familiarity with human resources practices related to hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and resort operations enhances your ability to manage daily communications efficiently.
