Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas.Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently.Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management to uphold quality standards.Adhere to hotel policies regarding hygiene standards, confidentiality, and guest privacy at all times.Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel experience is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods.Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service principles.Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and extractors effectively.Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required.Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests through your dedication to cleanliness and hospitality excellence!
