Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests.In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.Your energetic approach and commitment to hospitality excellence will ensure every guest experiences comfort and satisfaction from check-in to check-out.Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other amenities to meet guest needs efficiently.Maintain cleanliness of public areas like lobbies, hallways, elevators, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets and polishing hard floors to uphold safety and aesthetic standards.Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning products to ensure safety and quality.Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution.Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks to promote a safe environment for guests and staff.Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning protocols.Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and hard floor polishing.Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service principles.Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and industrial scrubbers effectively.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts.Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred; hotel experience is highly valued.Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.Join us in delivering exceptional service by maintaining immaculate spaces that delight our guests!
