Hotel Housekeeper/ Hotel Room Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Carry out floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management promptly. Adhere to established housekeeping protocols and standards for cleanliness and sanitation. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; assist in ordering as needed. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices within hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
