In this vital role, you will ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are spotless, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards.Your energetic approach and attention to detail will create a memorable stay for every guest, contributing to our reputation for exceptional service.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality and janitorial services while working in a vibrant environment.Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas efficiently and thoroughly.Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed.Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to uphold health and safety standards.Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold room quality.Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.Support the overall cleanliness of the hotel by participating in janitorial duties and special cleaning projects when required.Experience Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles is a plus.Experience managing or supervising housekeeping staff is advantageous but not required.Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences through meticulous cleanliness and exceptional service!
