Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and special cleaning projects Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure consistent quality and adherence to safety protocols Coordinate schedules and assign tasks to optimize team productivity and guest satisfaction Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to uphold cleanliness standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Implement industry best practices for cleaning techniques such as floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial procedures Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance their experience and resolve issues efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning equipment Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Familiarity with janitorial processes, safety standards, and environmental health regulations Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly preferred Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication to cleanliness transforms guest experiences!
