We’re looking for a Front Office Manager who is hands-on, service-driven, and ready to lead from the front. This role is ideal for: Candidates with IHG experience (OPERA, IHG standards, loyalty programs) Strong Front Desk Agents or Supervisors ready to take the next step Hospitality leaders who enjoy guest interaction and coaching teams What You’ll Do Lead daily front office operations (Front Desk, Guest Services, Night Audit) Set the tone for guest service, problem resolution, and brand storytelling Coach, train, and develop front desk agents to deliver consistent IHG standards Handle guest escalations with professionalism and ownership Monitor guest feedback (Medallia, reviews) and drive service recovery Partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B for seamless guest experiences Assist with scheduling, payroll awareness, and labor control Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, safety, and cash handling procedures Support arrivals, departures, group blocks, and VIP stays What We’re Looking For Prior hotel front desk experience required IHG experience strongly preferred (but not required) Experience as a Front Desk Supervisor, Lead Agent, or similar role is a plus Strong communication, leadership, and guest-recovery skills Comfortable working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, boutique hotel environment Tech-savvy (PMS systems, basic reporting, guest feedback platforms) Why Hotel Indigo / IHG?
