Hotel Maintenance

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of facilities through regular maintenance and repairs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for all Guest's and staff. Responsibilities Inspect the building grounds, and equipment. Handles necessary repairs and ground maintenance. Installs equipment and appliances. Follows local and state building codes Complies with all company safety regulations Reports any issues to the General Manager Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status. Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize disruption. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials. Pool experience in chemicals and equipment. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Must have driver License and clean driving record.
