Hotel Maintenance/Houseman PM Shift (PT)

Maintenance Person Overview Fairfield Inn & Suites is currently hiring for a Maintenance/Houseman for PM shift. Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Maintenance Person are as follows: Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the hotel, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Ensure requested service orders are completed on a timely basis. Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. Set up and maintain meeting rooms. Deliver supplies or other needs to guest rooms Assist with guest maintenance requests Preventitive maintenance on guest rooms. Assist with housekeeping needs as needed. Assist with laundry operations. Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws. Additional duties as assigned. The experience requirements are as follows: A minimum of 1 year of related experience is prefered. General maintenance skills are required. Focus towards guest service. Ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver a solution. Ability to read & understand technical documents is preferred.
