Description The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest's stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property's vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction. Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort. Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift. Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records. Qualifications 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in extended stay hotels. Ensuring guests feel welcome and valued. Ability to handle financial transactions accurately, including processing payments and reconciling accounts. Proven track record of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and efficiency. Strong communication skills to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive experiences. Familiarity with basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. Proficiency in using hotel management software for check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments. Attention to detail in preparing and distributing nightly reports, ensuring accuracy in financial records. Proven knowledge in Laundry. All positions require doing laundry. Ability to stand for long hours and lift 25 pounds. Ability to clean all public spaces, pick up trash, remove trash, and perform additional tasks.
