Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel. Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate and complete. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, or online systems. Answer guest inquiries promptly, offering helpful information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and resolve issues swiftly. Maintain guest records accurately while ensuring confidentiality and data security. Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns professionally and proactively enhancing their stay experience. Shift Hours: 3:30pm - 11:30pm Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Work Location: In person
