Hotel Room Attendant

Room attendant responsibilities include changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. You will address clients’ queries and make sure our rooms are fully-stocked, clean and inviting at all times. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. Responsibilities Makes beds. Replenishes supplies, such as drinking glasses and writing supplies. Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaner. Dusts furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings. Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills. Empties wastebaskets. Transports trash and waste to disposal area. Replenishes bathroom supplies. Abides by the regulations set forth by the material safety data sheets when using chemicals. Reports to work for scheduled shift on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy. Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties. Takes the initiative to greet guests in a warm and friendly manner. Qualifications Experience in hotel housekeeping or room attendant roles Proficiency in cleaning, floor care, and basic janitorial tasks Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper waste disposal Strong guest relations and hospitality mindset Ability to handle bed linen changing, window and carpet cleaning Custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus Sanitation and safety-conscious with reliable, detail-oriented work ethic Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
