Hotel Shuttle Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from PDX Airport and designated locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and operation, as well as the ability to navigate various routes efficiently. Part time 11pm-7am Fridayts and Saturdays Duties Safely operate shuttle vehicles ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, as well as addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the shuttle vehicle, performing routine checks and reporting any mechanical issues. Navigate assigned routes effectively, adhering to schedules while ensuring timely arrivals and departures. Assist in loading and unloading luggage or other items as necessary. Comply with all traffic laws and company policies regarding safety and passenger transport. Qualifications Previous experience in driving roles such as delivery driver, bus driving, and of course hotel shuttles, preferred. Mechanical knowledge to identify basic vehicle maintenance needs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to maintain composure in various situations while ensuring passenger safety and satisfaction. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
