About the Role: Home2 Suites Atlanta Airport North is seeking a dependable and experienced Airport Shuttle Driver to safely transport our guests to and from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Domestic Airport. As the first and last impression many guests will have of our property, we are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, and committed to delivering top-tier service. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from the airport. Greet all guests warmly, assist with luggage, and ensure a safe, timely, and pleasant ride. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety issues. Maintain a clean and well-kept shuttle vehicle at all times. Communicate with the front desk regarding shuttle requests, guest needs, and schedule updates. Keep accurate records of shuttle runs, mileage, and fuel usage if required. Requirements: Previous professional driving experience is required. Valid Georgia driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR check will be conducted). Strong familiarity with airport routes and local traffic patterns. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently. Ability to lift, carry, and assist with luggage as needed. Must pass a background check and drug screening if required. Preferred Qualifications: Previous hotel or hospitality driving experience. Knowledge of Atlanta area and airport terminals. CPR or First Aid Certification (preferred but not required). Why Join Us?
