Pay: $1,600 - $2000. per week Job description Job Overview Are you a skilled and adventurous driver ready to take on the open road? TJR LOGISTICS LLC is seeking an experienced Hotshot OTR Driver to deliver freight across regional and nationwide routes safely and efficiently. The driver will be operating a pickup truck with a 40’ trailer hauling various types of freight. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys independence, staying on the road, and working in a fast-paced trucking environment. We are looking for dependable and motivated drivers who are committed to safety, professionalism, and consistent communication. Requirements Must be 35 years old or older CDL or Non-CDL accepted Previous hotshot or trailer hauling experience preferred Experience with flatbed freight and load securement preferred Must have a good driving record Must pass a drug test Clean background preferred. Exceptions may be considered depending on the situation and how long ago it occurred Must be comfortable driving OTR (Over-the-Road) at least 3 weeks on 1 off Basic English communication required. Driver does not need to speak perfect English but must be able to communicate and understand instructions Strong understanding of safety regulations and DOT compliance Reliable, professional, and able to stay organized on the road Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate pickup trucks with 40’ trailers across regional and national routes Transport and secure various freight types, including flatbed loads Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation Follow DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and ETAs Route plan efficiently while maintaining safe driving practices Load and unload freight when necessary Skills Strong truck driving and trailer handling skills Knowledge of load securement and freight handling Familiarity with flatbeds and specialized freight equipment Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Attention to detail and commitment to safety What We Offer Consistent loads Dedicated dispatch support Competitive weekly pay Opportunity for long-term growth Supportive and professional work environment Apply Today Call or Text: 832-256-6387 Email: tjrlogistics@yahoo.com Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On the road Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per week Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: On the road
