Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hotshot or Box Truck Owner/Operator! This is an exciting opportunity for motivated & dependable individuals who own their own truck and trailer. enjoying the freedom of being your own boss. No Motor Carrier (MC) number is required, we’ll handle dispatch, compliance, and back-office support so you can focus on running loads being your own boss, and earning money. What you’ll do Operate your own truck and trailer to transport freight across various routes. Load and unload cargo with care, ensuring all items are secure for transport. Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to DOT safety regulations and delivery schedules. Manage documentation related to deliveries, including bills of lading and freight receipts. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status. Maintain your vehicle in top condition, performing routine inspections and necessary repairs. Driver qualifications Must have your own truck and trailer (Hotshot or Box Truck) Provide your own Bobtail Insurance Proven experience in truck driving with a valid driver's license. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety practices. Must speak and understand English well (communication is key!) This is an OTR position (48 states) — not local or regional Willing to stay out 2–3 weeks at a time with 2–3 days home to maximize earnings No MC/DOT number needed – you run under our authority Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Full-time or Contract) Experience as a delivery driver with a strong understanding of route driving. We Provide 25+ years of logistics experience 24/7 dispatch services Invoicing & collections at no charge Paid weekly via Zelle (no quick pay fees) Fuel card available ELD device: $20/week Liability & cargo insurance: approx. $440/week (depends on driver history) Earnings (Not Guaranteed) Box Trucks: Average Gross $3,500 – $6,500 per week Hotshots: Average Gross $5,500 – $8,000 per week Keep 85% of every load Interested?
