Must have professional cleaning supplies.Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.This role involves performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure a hygienic, organized, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or residential cleaning, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-maintained facility while working in a dynamic team setting.Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across various areas of the facility Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, and maintaining different types of flooring surfaces Handle custodial tasks including restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to maintenance staff Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with health and safety standards Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as needed Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance when required Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial or industrial settings Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing Experience with residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and steam cleaners Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning across all assigned areas Work Location:In person Benefits:Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Work Location:In person Pay:$25.00 - $75.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
